For as long as I can remember, I have always dealt with anxiety.
However, as I grew older, I became increasingly frustrated with how my anxiety was starting to take over. After numerous therapists, endless years of research, and trying out different coping mechanisms, I discovered that the key to improving my mental health was to improve all other aspects of my well-being. Knowing I wasn’t alone in my experiences, I began teaching others what I had learned in hopes that they could overcome some of their mental health symptoms too. Eventually, these early life experiences lead me to becoming a mental health professional.
